Brighter Smiles Satisfaction Guarantee - Full Terms
Eligibility Window This guarantee applies to purchases made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date, not the delivery date. Claims submitted after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Condition Requirements To qualify for a return, items must:
Whitening Gels must be at least 50% full (products that are more than 50% used are not eligible)
Be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including all inserts, seals, and accessories
Not show evidence of tampering, damage, or misuse
How to Initiate a Return Customers must:
Complete the Brighter Smiles Return Request Form at brightersmiles-whitening.com/returns
Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email before shipping anything back — returns without an RMA will be refused and not refunded
Prepare your Return
Take a photo of the items you plan to return before starting the process, as this may be requested later.
Ensure the product meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Ship the item back within 5 business days of receiving the RMA
Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Brighter Smiles is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refund Type All approved returns are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval (minus a 25% restocking fee).
Non-Qualifying Purchases The following are not eligible under this guarantee:
Items purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized resellers
Bundle or wholesale purchases (only individual, standalone items qualify)
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code greater than 20% off
Subscription orders after the first shipment
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Accepted within 24 hours before the item(s) have been shipped to cancel your order. In case your order has already been shipped, kindly follow the return policies stated above that correspond to your reason for return.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that Brighter Smiles cannot be held responsible for shipment delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. Any pre-orders have the stock arrival date noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
Note that we provide very clear product information and visuals available online before purchasing. Our team is always here to help with any questions you may have before purchase.
Final Notes Brighter Smiles reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet all conditions above. Abuse of this policy, including repeated return requests, may result in account suspension.
